Program Details

Our Positive Self-Discovery: Life Skills toolbox classes are designed to help people become more confident, build resilience, and improve self-regulation. We believe the first line of defense is learning to rely on our own strengths and on tools to help us through difficult situations.

We offer an incredible, practical toolbox of positive strategies and ideas for support, hope, and optimism! Learn about yourself, enhance self-regulation and awareness, find balance, cultivate gratitude, and gain insights to help resolve conflicts in your personal life, relationships, and the workplace.
